Driver Detained After Mahindra Thar Drags Motorcycle During Greater Noida Chase

In Greater Noida, a 22-year-old driver named Harsh was detained after his Mahindra Thar SUV collided with and dragged a motorcycle for 5 to 10 kilometres during an attempt to flee a petrol station without paying. The dragged motorcycle caught fire, and a petrol pump employee pursuing the vehicle on a motorcycle was also injured when his bike got stuck under the SUV. Police apprehended the driver near Luharli toll plaza, seized the vehicle, and are investigating the incident using CCTV footage.
