The Telangana High Court has cancelled the bail of three opium suppliers from Rajasthan, following an appeal by the EAGLE Force. The gang, which targeted migrants in Hyderabad by falsely claiming opium enhanced sexual potency, was initially busted in July 2025. Investigators stated that the trial court granted bail without adequately considering the stringent provisions of the NDPS Act, allowing the accused to allegedly resume their activities. The court's decision aims to facilitate victim de-addiction and prevent further exploitation.
