Police responded to his home after family reported a mental health episode and alleged threats. Lella is accused of attempting to set the home on fire days prior. He faces charges of arson with intent to damage a habitat and terroristic threat against a family member. Authorities stated there is no evidence of a threat to a place of worship. Bond has been set.
