A couple, Tirupathi Rao (50) and Venkatamma (45), died after falling from their motorcycle and being run over by a bus in Hyderabad on Thursday night. Police stated the accident occurred when the rider allegedly applied sudden brakes, losing control and falling under the bus. The bus driver is reportedly not at fault, with the incident attributed to the two-wheeler rider's negligence. The couple was on their way to Tank Bund for New Year celebrations.
