Indian-Origin Sikh Man Kidnapped and Murdered in California Mistaken Identity Case

Avtar Singh, a 57-year-old Sikh man of Indian origin, was abducted in broad daylight on February 17 outside a gurdwara in Tracy, California, and found murdered three days later near Lake Berryessa.
