Police in Patiala have arrested eight members of a gang allegedly involved in murder and extortion. The operation, based on a tip-off, led to the recovery of 10 pistols and 19 live cartridges. The gang is reportedly led by gangster Baby Mahi, a proclaimed offender believed to be hiding abroad, who allegedly organized the group for criminal activities across Punjab.
