A 25-year-old woman was gang-raped and assaulted after accepting a lift from two men in a white van in Faridabad. Her sister recounted that the survivor had left home after an argument with her mother and was waiting for an auto-rickshaw when she last spoke to her. The incident occurred in the early hours of December 30, with the accused allegedly assaulting her for two hours before throwing her from the moving vehicle. The survivor is hospitalized with multiple injuries, and two accused have been arrested and sent to judicial custody.
