Budaun Native Arrested in Bareilly with Smack Worth Around Rs 5 Crore

Police in Bareilly arrested Shobhit Gupta, a resident of Saijni village in Badaun district, with 2.645 kg of smack valued at around Rs 5 crore. The arrest followed an informer's tip-off and a stakeout near Raundhi village. Gupta reportedly obtained the drugs from his relative Rajneesh Gupta of Manikpur Shikarpur village, and both are suspected of smuggling. Authorities are investigating further to identify other members of the trafficking network.
