A man, Mohd. Irfanuddin, was arrested in Attapur for allegedly selling 15 kilograms of deer meat. Police recovered cash and tools used in the illegal trade. The meat was reportedly sourced from live deer supplied by an individual named Ali, transported from Wanaparthy district. The accused has been handed over to the Forest Department, and efforts are underway to apprehend the supplier. The case is registered under the Wildlife Protection Act.
