
Punjab Police arrested two operatives linked to the proscribed Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) for involvement in firing incidents related to extortion. The accused, Sukhwinder Singh and Rawal from Kulam village, were apprehended near the Jalandhar-Amritsar highway, with a .32 bore pistol, magazines, and eight cartridges seized. Authorities stated the suspects acted under directions from foreign-based BKI handlers. An FIR has been registered, and investigations are ongoing.
