In North Delhi, two brothers were apprehended for the stabbing death of Jitender Kumar, allegedly due to an old personal enmity involving their third brother. In Central Delhi, a waste picker named Mithlesh was found strangled, and a fellow ragpicker, Arman, was arrested, reportedly after an argument over stolen money. Murder cases have been registered, and investigations are ongoing in both incidents.
