Two Children Killed, Seven Injured in Suspected LPG Cylinder Blast Near Chennai

A suspected LPG cylinder explosion occurred around 7:40 AM on Sunday at a residence in Chamundeeswarar Nagar, Navallur near Chennai, causing partial collapse of three houses. Two children, aged one-and-a-half and four, died at the scene. Seven others, including family members and a neighbor, sustained burn injuries and are receiving treatment. Local residents alerted authorities, who conducted rescue operations. Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the blast.
