Man Kills Mother-in-Law and Brother-in-Law in Bareilly Panchayat, Shot Dead by Police

In Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Afsar Khan allegedly stabbed his mother-in-law Asma and brother-in-law Adil to death and critically injured his wife Saima during a panchayat meeting aimed at resolving a family dispute. Saima had earlier reported threats from Afsar, who has a prior criminal record. After the attack, police launched a manhunt and fatally shot Afsar during an encounter when he reportedly opened fire on officers. Two police personnel were also injured in the incident.
