Body of Missing UP Assistant Teacher Found in Yamuna River, Investigation Underway

Krishna Kumar Verma, a 50-year-old assistant teacher and Booth Level Officer involved in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, went missing on February 25 in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. After his family reported him missing, his body was found five days later floating in the Yamuna River near Mahila Ghat. Police have sent the body for post-mortem and are investigating the circumstances, with further legal action pending the report.
