Police have arrested four individuals suspected of being part of a long-standing gang that stole ready-made garments and cloth from textile mills. Recovered items include a large quantity of stolen garments, liquor, and a pick-up van. The gang's alleged kingpin, Tarun Kapur Lucky, has a history of 24 criminal cases. Two other suspects remain at large. The arrests followed a complaint of theft from a local hosiery owner.
