Post-Mortem Confirms Woman Strangled, Brother-in-Law Commits Suicide in Butrela

In Butrela village, Sector 41, a 27-year-old woman named Nagma was strangled to death by her 24-year-old brother-in-law, Murasleen, who then died by suicide by hanging. The post-mortem confirmed strangulation with pressure marks on her neck, disproving initial suicide suspicions. The incident occurred in their rented home where Nagma's two young children were present. The police have registered a murder case and preserved viscera samples for further forensic analysis. Both were originally from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
