Bombay High Court Orders Removal of Unauthorized Deepfake Content Targeting Shilpa Shetty

The Bombay High Court has ordered e-commerce and AI platforms to remove unauthorized deepfake and manipulated content involving Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, restraining around 28 entities from exploiting her personality rights. The court highlighted concerns over AI-generated obscene material harming her reputation.
