Police in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, have arrested four individuals and detained a minor in connection with the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Sudhir Bharti on December 26. Bharti, an 11th-grade student, was killed in a school playground following an argument, reportedly stemming from old enmity and social media disputes. Authorities recovered a country-made pistol and a motorcycle allegedly used in the crime. The detained minor will appear before the Juvenile Justice Board.
