A 28-year-old man, Shubham Kakkar, died and two friends were injured in a head-on collision between their speeding SUV and a passenger bus on Indore's Khandwa Road early Thursday. The group was returning from a New Year's Eve celebration at a farmhouse. Police preliminary investigations suggest the SUV driver lost control due to high speed. While the bus passengers were unharmed, the SUV occupants were hospitalized. Airbags reportedly saved the two injured individuals.
