Bengaluru Police Arrest Two in Fake Stock Market Investment Call Centre Scam

Bengaluru's Central Division Cybercrime Police uncovered a fake stock market investment call centre named Multiwave Business Solutions Private Ltd. operating in Jayanagar. Two men, Kumawat Yogesh Amararam and Imran, were arrested for cheating investors across India by promising high returns and persuading victims to transfer money to fraudulent accounts. Police seized multiple devices and documents during the raid. The accused reportedly used client data from online sources and obtained SIM cards in others' names to carry out the scam.
