Bomb Threat Emails at Hyderabad IMD and Warangal Court Prompt Police Investigations

On March 6, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) office in Hyderabad received a bomb threat via email claiming 14 RDX explosives were planted. Employees were evacuated, and police with bomb disposal teams conducted thorough searches, finding no suspicious items. The threat was declared a hoax, and a case has been registered with investigations ongoing. Separately, on February 26, the Warangal District Court also received a bomb threat email, prompting similar police action and investigation.
