Retired Kerala Principal Arrested for Alleged Attempted Sexual Assault of Minor

A 59-year-old retired higher secondary school principal and motivational speaker, K.C. Shaju, was arrested in Kannur district, Kerala, for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 17-year-old girl who sought counselling at his home about four months ago. Shaju, who worked as a state-level faculty member for Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling under the Higher Secondary Education Department, was remanded to judicial custody for 14 days.
