Bengaluru Man Arrested for Stealing and Wearing Women's Undergarments

A 23-year-old man named Amal N. Aji from Kerala was arrested in Bengaluru's Hebbagodi area for allegedly stealing women's undergarments from residential buildings, wearing them, and recording photos and videos. Police acted on complaints and CCTV footage, recovering multiple stolen items from his residence. The accused reportedly caused public discomfort by wearing the garments in public. A suo motu case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, has been registered, and investigations are ongoing.
