On New Year's Eve in Noida, six young men allegedly under the influence of alcohol disrupted traffic by dancing on the roof of a moving Maruti Alto car. The incident, captured on video and widely shared online, showed some men stripping and others dangling from windows. Following public outcry, authorities issued an e-challan of Rs 67,000 against the vehicle for multiple traffic violations, including dangerous driving and public nuisance, warning of strict action against such behavior.
