Vadodara City Police are intensifying surveillance on two-wheelers during New Year's Eve and the weekend to curb the illicit sale and delivery of intoxicants. Special units, including the Prevention of Crime Branch (PCB), Special Operations Group (SOG), and Detection of Crime Branch (DCB), are monitoring checkpoints. This initiative aims to intercept individuals involved in delivering liquor and contraband, addressing crimes under the Prohibition Law and NDPS. Recent weeks have seen arrests for ganja and liquor delivery via two-wheelers.
