A Jammu and Kashmir traffic police sub-inspector, Gul Sheraz, has been suspended pending an inquiry for allegedly misusing an official vehicle to shoot a social media reel on the snow-covered Mughal Road. A viral video showed Sheraz protruding from the moving vehicle near Peer Ki Gali, raising safety concerns due to hazardous road conditions. Officials stated there is zero tolerance for violations of traffic safety norms, and a departmental inquiry has been ordered. ASI Anil Kumar has been appointed as the new sector officer for the road.
