
Patiala police have named senior officials from Believe Music India and foreign executives from Sentric Music Publishing (UK) as accused in an alleged royalty fraud case. The complaint, filed by Navrattan Music, claims diversion of royalties worth crores of rupees related to the song "Ishqam". The FIR includes charges of cheating, forgery, and withholding payments. Police have issued notices to the newly named accused, including Believe Music India CEO Vivek Raina and Sentric Music Publishing CEO Chris Meehan, asking them to appear for questioning as the investigation continues.
