A 25-year-old man, Abdul Rehman Sadruddin Shah, was arrested in Palghar for allegedly playing an anti-national song, "Kashmir Banega Pakistan," loudly from a salon. Police reported hearing the song, deemed capable of spreading hatred and disturbing public peace, during a patrol. The accused, from Uttar Pradesh, reportedly played the song via YouTube. A case has been registered under Section 197(1)(d) of the Indian Penal Code, with further investigation ongoing.
