
The Supreme Court has sought a response from the Maharashtra government on a bail plea filed by Vishal Agarwal, father of a minor involved in the 2024 Pune Porsche accident that killed two IT professionals. The bench of Justices BV Nagarathna and Ujjal Bhuyan will hear the matter on March 10. Earlier, the Bombay High Court rejected bail pleas of several accused, including Agarwal. The Supreme Court granted bail to three accused in February, noting parents' responsibility in juvenile cases. The case has drawn public attention following controversies over bail conditions for the minor accused.
