13-Year-Old Dies in Bihar Road Accident as Bystanders Collect Fish from Truck

In Bihar's Sitamarhi district, 13-year-old Ritesh Kumar, a Class 7 student, died after being hit by a speeding pickup truck near Jhajhihat village. The truck was carrying fish, which spilled onto the road after the crash. While the boy's family mourned, bystanders were seen collecting the scattered fish instead of offering help. Police arrived, dispersed the crowd, seized the vehicle, and initiated an investigation. The boy's body was sent for post-mortem examination.
