MD Student from Tamil Nadu Found Dead in Meerut; Suicide Suspected

A 29-year-old MD student from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, Giri Prasad, was found dead in his rented accommodation in Gokuldham Colony, Meerut, on March 4, 2026. Police responded after a classmate alerted them around 11 a.m. Authorities have sent the body for post-mortem examination. While police suspect suicide, the exact cause will be confirmed after the autopsy. The family has been informed and is en route to Meerut.
