Father and Stepmother Arrested for Alleged Killing of Four-Year-Old in Lucknow

In Lucknow's Chowk area, a four-year-old boy named Arnav was allegedly killed by his father, Bhishma Kharbanda, and stepmother, Ragini Kharbanda. The child's body, found in the veranda with multiple injuries and burn marks, showed signs of sustained abuse. Police recovered household items such as a broom, rope, belt, knife, and scale suspected to have been used in the assault. The boy's biological mother had died years earlier, and the maternal grandmother filed a complaint leading to the couple's arrest and ongoing investigation.
