The Delhi High Court granted bail to social media influencer Sandeepa Virk in a money laundering case involving approximately Rs 6 crore. Virk, accused of duping a woman for film investment, has been in judicial custody for over four months. The court noted the case's initiation nearly a decade after alleged transactions and that the main accused is absconding. Virk was directed to furnish a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh. The court also considered that Virk was not initially chargesheeted and a magistrate found no offense against her in private complaint proceedings.
