Police in Lucknow have arrested three individuals, identified as Ramzan, Arman, and Suraj, in connection with the murder of a youth named Almas. The incident occurred in the Mohanlalganj police station area. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Nipun Agarwal, the arrests were made within hours of the body being identified. Investigations revealed that the accused were neighbors of the victim, and the motive appears to stem from a personal dispute involving one of the accused and the victim's niece.
