Two men were arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly misbehaving with women and assaulting a police officer during New Year celebrations. The incident occurred near the Indian Express Building when the accused reportedly interfered with women waiting for a cab. When police intervened, they allegedly tore the officer's jacket and assaulted him, obstructing his duty. The men were subsequently arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
