A Delhi court granted bail to six individuals accused of stone-pelting during the January 7 demolition near Faiz-e-Ilahi Mosque at Turkman Gate. The demolition, ordered by the Delhi High Court, targeted encroachments but left the mosque and dargah intact. While police cited video evidence and claimed the accused incited violence, defense lawyers challenged the footage's authenticity and identification of the accused. Previously, bail was granted to 13 others, leaving one person still in custody.
