Three Arrested After Armed Encounter with Delhi Police in Narela, Including Juvenile

Three individuals, including a 16-year-old juvenile, were arrested following an armed encounter with Delhi Police in the Narela Industrial Area on March 12. The suspects, identified as Akshay Panchal alias Taxi, Mayank Sharma, and the juvenile, were wanted in cases related to attempted murder and Arms Act violations. Police laid a trap based on intelligence, leading to a confrontation where the suspects fired at officers. Panchal was injured and hospitalized. Authorities recovered two pistols, cartridges, mobile phones, and a stolen motorcycle with a fake number plate. A case has been registered under relevant legal provisions.
