One person has died and at least 11 others have been hospitalized following suspected food poisoning after a New Year's party in Bhavani Nagar, Telangana. The group, comprising residents of the same locality, prepared chicken and fish dishes themselves for the celebration. The deceased, identified as 53-year-old Pandu, reportedly died in his sleep. The hospitalized individuals are in stable condition. Police have registered a case, sent food samples for forensic analysis, and the body for post-mortem to determine the exact cause.
