
A gas leak from an ammonia cylinder occurred in Indore's Raoji Bazaar area when a scrap dealer attempted to cut it open, causing toxic fumes to spread up to 100 meters. Five people experienced breathing difficulties and were hospitalized with stable conditions. Firefighters contained the leak by cooling the cylinder with water and securing it. The scrap dealer was taken into custody, and authorities have launched an investigation while informing the Industrial Health and Safety Department. The situation is now under control.
