Dr. Bilal Naseer Malla, an accused in the November 10 Red Fort blast case, has been remanded to judicial custody until January 16 by a Delhi court. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Malla on December 9, identifying him as a key conspirator who allegedly provided logistical support to the suicide bomber. The NIA has arrested nine individuals in connection with the blast, which killed 15 people.
