Delhi High Court Allows Forensic Examination of Sunjay Kapur's Sealed Will

The Delhi High Court has permitted forensic and handwriting examination of the sealed will of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur amid a legal dispute over his Rs 30,000 crore estate. The court rejected objections by Priya Kapur, in whose favor the will is purportedly made, allowing Karisma Kapoor's children and Sunjay's mother, Rani Kapur, to inspect the original will on March 10, 2026, to verify its authenticity. No copies or photographs of the will will be allowed during inspection.
