Nine-Year-Old Critically Injured by Stray Bullet During UP Wedding Celebrations

During a wedding procession in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, nine-year-old Reyansh Soni was critically injured by a stray bullet from celebratory firing on February 19. CCTV footage showed a 16-year-old firing a licensed pistol nearby as the boy was inside a building. Reyansh sustained severe jaw injuries and is on ventilator support at Fortis Hospital Noida, reportedly in a comatose state. The incident has raised concerns about the risks of celebratory gunfire during public events.
