Three Men Sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Murder Over Loan Dispute in Azamgarh
A fast track court in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, sentenced three men to life imprisonment and imposed a Rs 4 lakh fine each for murdering Dharmendra over a loan dispute. The accused allegedly lured Dharmendra on August 4, 2020, under the pretext of drinking, killed him near Dattatreya Dham, and disposed of his body in a river. The court ordered 80% of the fine to be paid to the victim's family as compensation after examining evidence and witnesses during the trial.
