Eleven Arrested in Bengaluru for Kidnapping and Assault of Film Director

Eleven people, including Kannada actress and social media influencer Aishwarya, were arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly kidnapping, assaulting, and robbing film director TA Anish. The incident reportedly stemmed from financial disputes involving unpaid loans and disagreements over investments in Anish's unreleased film 'Jeevanada Bhashe.' The director was lured under the pretext of selling his car, assaulted with cricket stumps and hockey sticks, and robbed of cash and gold. He sustained multiple injuries and is recovering in hospital. Police investigations are ongoing to determine the full conspiracy and roles of each accused.
