The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a third complaint against Amarpreet Kaur Chawla, wife of alleged drug syndicate leader Banmeet Singh. The ED's investigation, initiated at the request of U.S. authorities, uncovered proceeds of crime and properties in her name. The syndicate, known as Singh DTO, allegedly trafficked drugs on the dark web using cryptocurrency for laundering. Both Banmeet and Parvinder Singh have been arrested and are in judicial custody, with the ED having seized significant cryptocurrency assets.
