Speeding Truck Overturns on Devotees at Uttar Pradesh Hanuman Temple, Three Dead
In Uttar Pradesh's Amroha district, a speeding gravel-laden truck skidded off the road and overturned onto devotees gathered at a roadside Hanuman temple in Milak Chhavi village. The accident occurred during a 'sundarkand' recitation under a temporary pandal, killing three people, including a 5-year-old child, and injuring five others. Police identified the deceased as Param Singh (70), Mahipal (42), and Aryaveer (5), who was visiting his maternal grandparents. The injured were hospitalized, and investigations are ongoing.
