Two men, a bank employee and a salon owner, have been arrested in Delhi for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl. The incident occurred on December 20 when the accused reportedly lured the minor to a vacant house, forced her to consume alcohol, and then sexually assaulted her. The case came to light after the victim's father reported her alcohol consumption, leading to a more serious disclosure during subsequent police inquiry and medical examination. A Special Investigation Team has been formed to expedite the investigation.
