Four Arrested in Pune for Robbing Labourer to Fund Birthday Party

In Pune, four friends allegedly robbed a construction labourer on February 23 to fund a birthday party. One accused, a rickshaw driver, picked up the victim, Satyendra Mahato, and diverted him to a secluded area where they forced him to transfer Rs 25,000 online. The group used the money for a party involving heavy drinking but were arrested the next day after Mahato reported the crime and police identified them via CCTV footage near Bundgarden.
