A 19-year-old computer science student from Patna, studying at Manipal University in Jaipur, allegedly died by suicide on December 26 after jumping from the 12th floor of an under-construction building. Police stated the incident followed the student being caught cheating during an examination, leading to his answer sheet being confiscated. He reportedly rented a scooter, traveled to the building, left his belongings on the 12th floor, and jumped. Investigations are ongoing.
