Man Arrested for Pushing Wife in Front of Train at Mumbai's Mulund Station

A 42-year-old man, Rajukumar (Raju) Gupta, was arrested in Surat after CCTV footage showed him pushing his wife, Pushpa Gupta, 36, in front of a local train at Mumbai's Mulund station on March 14. The couple had frequent domestic disputes, and Pushpa had filed police complaints. Her brother, an Army soldier, had come to take her and their elder son back to Uttar Pradesh. After the incident, the accused fled with their younger son but was later apprehended by railway police. Pushpa was declared dead at a government hospital.
